Accounts and Licence Terms

These terms form an agreement between you and CSFloat. By creating an account or using a game or service covered here, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Some games or features may have additional terms. Those terms apply to the relevant feature and will be shown where you use it.

Account information and security

Provide accurate account details and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Contact player support promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify account ownership before making changes.

Your permission to use the games

While you follow these terms, CSFloat gives you a limited, personal, non-commercial, and revocable licence to access and use the games and services made available to you. This licence does not transfer ownership of a game or its content.

Do not copy, sell, rent, or distribute game content except where the service expressly allows it or the law permits it. Do not interfere with game systems, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Content you share

You keep any ownership rights you have in content you submit. You allow CSFloat to host, display, and use that content as needed to operate, maintain, and moderate the service.

Only share content you have the right to submit. We may remove content that breaks these terms or creates a safety, legal, or service issue.

Purchases and Virtual Items

Check the price, billing details, and item description before confirming a purchase. Purchases may be processed by the platform or payment provider shown during checkout, whose terms may also apply.

Charges, taxes, and refunds

You authorize the displayed payment method to be charged for the amount shown at confirmation, together with any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. Keep your payment details current with the relevant provider.

Refunds, cancellations, and withdrawal rights depend on applicable law and, where relevant, the rules of the platform that processed the transaction. Contact that provider about a charge it handled; contact player support if the charge or item appears incorrect.

Virtual items and account access

Virtual items and in-game balances are licensed features of a service, not money or property that can be exchanged for cash. They cannot be transferred or sold outside the service unless CSFloat expressly permits it.

Items may change or become unavailable when a game or feature changes, closes, or is affected by account action. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Fair Play and Conduct

Play and communicate in ways that let other players take part safely. Play fairly.

Do not cheat, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, manipulate matchmaking, disrupt servers, or use unauthorized tools to alter a game. Do not threaten, harass, impersonate, or target another person, and do not post unlawful content or other players' private information.

We may review reports and available service information to investigate suspected violations. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend an account, or close it. We consider the nature and frequency of the conduct, and applicable law.

You can contact player support to ask about an account action. Include your account identifier and any relevant details, but do not send your password.

Liability and Dispute Resolution

We work to keep games and services available, but interruptions, errors, and maintenance can occur. Services and content are provided subject to the warranties and protections that apply under law.

To the extent permitted by law, CSFloat is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including applicable consumer rights.

If a concern arises, contact us with the details so we can review it. These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Subject to those protections, disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when a game, service, or legal requirement changes. The revised version will appear on this page with its updated terms. If a change materially affects how you use a service, we will provide notice through an appropriate service channel where required.

Changes apply from the time stated in the revised terms. Continuing to use the affected service after that time means you accept the changes, except where applicable law requires a different process. If you do not accept them, stop using that service.
